With immense pleasure I welcome you all to the Government Degree College Lad Bharol with the motto "Sarve Bhawantu Sushikshita" which means everybody be educated. Education is a vital tool and everybody needs it. This college is a co-educational Institute which provides quality education in the field of Arts and Commerce. Initially from 2014 this college was running in the premises of GSS School Lad Bharol and December, 2022 onwards we are in the new building of our college situated at Banandar two km away from Lad Bharol towards Baijnath. I am very thankful to all the Principals (over the time) and members of staff of Government Senior Secondary School Lad Bharol for their kindness, support and co-operation. I congratulate the people of this area that now the college has its own building. Mission of the college is to educate, train and empower students to be efficient, empathetic and socially responsible individuals through higher education. We have highly dedicated and experienced staffs who are fully committed to achieving our mission. They will guide you throughout your academic and non-academic journey. Along with academic programmes the college offers co-curricular and extracurricular activities for the overall development of the students.
This college also offers co-curricular and extra-curricular activities for the overall development of the students. The college has constituted various clubs/units like Yoga & Meditation, NSS, Road Safety Club, Energy Club, Red Ribbon Club, Eco Club etc. which provide a platform for the students to contribute their services to society. This college also has a library which is an integral part of any educational institution. Our library is spacious with a variety of books in the selves.
Parents Teachers Association (PTA) and Old Students Association (OSA) are also formed in our college. The PTA of the college always comes forward to take up various developmental activities in the college. OSA is playing a vital role to provide guidance and counseling to the students of the college. The college provides various scholarships to eligible students under state and centre government scholarship schemes. The College Student Central Association (CSCA) provides opportunities to the students to develop their leadership qualities. Every year CSCA is formed which plays a pivotal role in organizing various academic and co-curricular activities in the college. The Guidance and Counseling Cell of the college provides academic and career-oriented information and organizes various motivational lectures for the welfare of the students.
